  Bought a Ford grand c max from Chris, he put a full new mot on the car and service before we collected as well as a valet. Full process of buying was fast as well as him being a friendly and helpful person to deal with. Was a slight issue after few days of owing the car with the electric child lock, Chris loaned me a car while he got the problem fixed for us, all of which was done in a fast turn around. Could not of asked for a better service start to finish. Highly recommend

  Arranged for Chris to collect and transport my motorcycle as a last minute urgent job - this was done professionally, speedily and with a laugh (and done at a very reasonable price). It was a real pleasure dealing with Chris and I felt my motorcycle was at all times in safe hands and I will recommend and use Chris to transport any future motorcycles that I need moving.   Where is the no star button ABSOLUTELY USELESS my nephew bought a scooter from new and was told they would take his old 1 to sell for him and take a percentage. sold his bike then next thing tells him to come and collect it apparently the guy brought it back says its a non runner and so they can't sell it. god knows what the guy they sold it to did but the left brake lever us bent and throttle grip is taped up and spinning round and has scratches down left side and no longer starts suspect he's come off it. so now they say it won't run and was like that even though when Marshalls picked it up to sell they rode it into the van and obviously been ridden by new owner. would you sell your car to someone for them crash it then expect you take it back? when told we would be following this up with trading standards told on phone do what you like and hung up so people be warned use this dealer at your own cost.

  I bought my royal alloy tg 300 from marshalls, and I couldn't be happier with the bike and the service from them, when the first service was due i phoned and they told me to bring it in that afternoon if I wanted , and it was done the next day even though they were pretty busy. They've also helped with the suspension set up at no extra cost to me. Couldn't be happier so far.

  Second hand car dealers who jumped on the Moto GB bandwagon and started selling motorbikes and scooters. The whole sales experience, customer service and after sales support is a joke. Don't take my word for it. Ask others. You have been warned.

  Responded to an add marshalls had on eBay for a aprilia rsv 1000 for £3999 Asked how many owner it had , was given the previous owners number and spoke to them directly, Found out the millage listed was not the original mileage as had a clock reset. And had 6 owners , Made a reduced offer of 3700 including delivery on a Sunday night at 9pm , marshalls accepted the offer , asked for the bank details so I could do a transfer the next morning, nothing from marshalls with the ac details, just a message at 10am saying sorry bike sold !!!!!!!, Not what you would expect from a family run business ,

  I like no nonsense buying & selling & this is what i got. I found Chris, Barry & Ken lovely, i even got a hug 😆 Only had the car two days but so far so good & its exactly what they said it was, a big old car but a good solid car & that's all i wanted. It drove lovely on the 100 mile run back home, absolutely faultless & they did a full service & new MOT before i picked it up. If you want down to earth, no hard sell, honest, small local business then try these guy's. I hope my little beast (Volvo 2.4D XC90) gives me a year or two good reliable motoring because i absolutely love it 🤗
