Reserved a car online with fee after reading online listing and calling ( no photo). Sad to see the car needed work in the bodyshop. I made it clear I wanted a simple px and cash sale if repaired and cleaned. I was sad to be inundated by additional unwanted insurance, services and finance products. I cancelled the order and requested my holding deposit back. Although my deposit was taken within minutes, I was told that a refund could take days. Fingers crossed that will happen. Not a good experience although the Salesman Martyn did his best to get me through

Very disappointed. Couldn't find a place to park at your site as full of cars. As one way ,had to go round the block and park on a residential side street and walk to the showroom. All in all not a good experience .you need to sort out parking for customers or move to a bigger site .no stars
