Really poor attention to customer. Shoddy job from servicing, fitting accessories to my new car, forgot to do many things they were meant to. And broke part of my boot shelf while fitting a tow bar. Getting through to them on the phone was impossible. And they didn’t come back to me. Then when I emailed to explain what had happened to the sales person who had dealt with me in the delivery of the new car, he didn’t even bother to reply. They seem to have a lazy and disorganised culture and don’t follow up on things, have any system of escalating issues or communicating internally in order to learn and avoid issues recurring. And they definitely don’t appear to prioritise customer services. I think they hoped I would go away and so ignored my calls and emails and didn’t call back when they said they would. As a new customer who had spent a fortune on a new C40 recharge twin ultimate, the whole experience left a really unpleasant taste in my mouth. When I contacted them to let them know what had taken place, all I was hoping for was to have my complaint acknowledged and feel heard and valued as a customer. It’s all most customers want in these situations. They made the original shambles so much worse by adding the extra insult of ignoring me. A shame. I had the potential to be a long term, loyal and high-spending customer of both Volvo and Marshall. I’m unlikely to be that to either company now.

Great customer service, friendly staff and really nice free coffee. Found a screw in my tyre and booked it in for repair next day. Picked my car up 90 minutes later and they had completed a safety check and repaired the tyre, all for free! Outstanding!

Attitude of certain staff members leaves much to be desired. Staff are rude, judgmental and unhelpful. Not to mention that the store front looks run down, empty and heartless. Would highly recommend skipping this dealership in favour of Bells Volvo in Bedford.
