First class customer service from the front desk and sales team... Never felt rushed and helped us with every question.... Our dog who did behave impeccably was given treats and offered water and this is excellent customer service as her needs were as important as ours. Let's hope the rest of the experience lives up to our first impression.. Laura Bara was the person who dealt with us and we hope she never changes...thank you for all your help .. If, I had to choose one word to lead this review, it would be extraordinary. However, I dont have to pick just one word, and that is a good thing. My wife and I have been going to Marshalls for 10 years dealing with Kris in particular, and as such followed him to Grantham when he moved there. This is testament to his, and his teams service that we will travel over one hour to only deal with this team. Buying a car can be stressful, but I can honestly say, I have come away after being parted with a significant amount of monies feeling like I had spent the time with friends. Having spent time with Lee, Andy, Ben and Kris on this purchase, all four know exactly how to put your mind at rest by knowing the cars and what is needed inside out. They could honestly not do enough, to make this a smooth transaction. I know more about these for people than I do of any person I have ever bought anything from before. We were not pressured, the car was bought in from another site on a date requested by us, work was done on the car on the day as the team did not feel it was quite right. I have a feeling they do not know how to say no. While we were in the immaculate showroom, it was evident that Kris was the sales manager, and the rest of the team we spoke with, could not speak highly enough of him, and we can only emulate this, as even though Kris was not in, it was abundantly evident that his work ethic, and professionalism was there in his team. I can not thank all the four people we spoke with enough, and not forgetting the people we did not get chance to speak with who played a part in this transaction, I am sorry I can not name them all as I do not know the names. You made my wife very happy on our wedding anniversary, and that in turn makes me happy. Thank you.

JUST AMAZING!!! ✨️✨️✨️ The staff (all of them) treat you with respect, even if you're picky person lol...(like me) I have bought every car from kris the main man for the past 13 years... he is absolutely the best when it comes to finding you a car that's not only beautiful, but also in immaculate condition inside and out even down to the engine 🙌 I'd give 100 stars but it only allows 5 on google reviews... Fast and friendly service every time. From the moment you enter the site all the staff are friendly and welcoming. the service department check in is quick and efficient and the waiting area and facilities are brilliant. While in for a service I enquired for the cost of some accessories and the parts department were very friendly and helpful. Overall brilliant service provided , car was cleaned for me and all work was carried out to a brilliant standard with a breakdown of what was done at handover. Would 100% recommend.
