I've had a number of poor experiences, I've just been trying to call and book a service. I rarely get through and the one time I did make it through they said they'd forward me to the booking team, where the call was immediately dropped. Additionally about a year ago, they called me to offer an MOT test, which on its own is very helpful. However, somehow the booking was never recorded in their system and by the time I figured this out, I had very little time to book a new test.
