    Orderd new vw california ocean t6.1. After nearly a year of waiting, really looking forward, the day arrived. On collection noticed small stone chip on drivers door, I notified John who was dealing with our purchase, he said they would address small issue, which he then seemed very hasty for me to sign documents. Once home on closer inspection it was apparent that the whole side of the vehicle was pepperd in small chips, including glass. I called John explaining my upset in them passing van in this condition. After inspection and lots of negotiation they agreed to order me another california of same spec. The new california arrived nearly another year later. Again John assured me that this california had been checked from top to bottom and was all good for go, he even included a full tank of fuel. Once home I parked vehicle in my garage, showing only 170miles driven m4/m5 to my home here in Somerset. I did not drive vehicle as from October/November collection till May, I drove vehicle out of garage onto drive and it was only then, once stood back, I noticed side under body plastic trim not right, on closer inspection it was apparent that it had at some point sustained impact scrap damage craking trim away from fixing. I straight away notified the dealership and was asked to send some photos to john, after 6 days with no response I called John with no reply, I contacted the sales team and was then fobbed off with WhatsApp messages from John, saying that the van was checked before I collected and was all good. I explained that the only scenario I could think of was he must of damaged when driving to fuel station, which he denied. I feel truly affended with John's attitude in that he came across as if it was me that caused the damage!! I messaged john asking him to forward complaint to Will Evans manager, and would like a call back to resolve issue. Its been 5 days and no reply John either hasn't past complaints on to Mr Evans or Mr Evans shows no concern to resolve issue. Replacement part I believe is around £100.00. Very upset from start to finish with whole situation 😕 of cover up on both occasions. Byers be aware - check very closely before you sign as remember they're after all used van salesmen. Personally I would use another dealership.

    Can't recommend this garage. Supplied my new van with faults and then had it for 3 weeks and couldn't fix it. Drove the 45mins to the dealership 3 times after they said it was ready and the fault wasn't fixed. Took it to another another van centre and they fixed it in an couple of hours. Enough said. Just to add I contacted the email address below twice and have had no reply !!

    Customer Parking is sometimes difficult, due to a lot of Showroom Cars being Parked outside in the Car Park Besides this Good Customer Service, Helpful Staff, Love this Hot Chocolate Machine 🤭🚐

    I try to book in for an handbreak adjustment, and just for a quick check they wanted 90 pound . Checking the the cable is not a big job, but they trying to extend their worktime and maybe repair whats not nessesary . I call that a ripp off. I got now a garage that booked me in for a visual check on my handbreaks - for free , exactly the way costumers should be served. I save 90£ for diagnostic that is not needet for a handbreak check. You guys have to rethink your practice of buissness, dont ripp your costumers off for nothing. I recoment that place ,as a place to be avoidet. Because of garages like this, I never leave my vehicle the time it is in the garage, I like to see whats been done and what is nesessary do do, also I check time of work.
