First time using Marshall and in all honesty I wish I didn't. Went to see a Tiguan and to be fair got a decent deal, however was mis sold info regarding previous services and work carried out on the car and told (we are pretty sure xyz has been done). Fast forward 2 weeks later the car is in another Marshall workshop due to a huge gearbox issue that started 1 week post purchase. So much for the VW Marshall 142 point check and service upon sale?

Bought a car from them and was lied to and messed around for months. In the end I 2as unable to tax my car and was given no satisfactory reason why. I had to ring up day after day and was promised call backs which never came. Eventually I received an explanation that did make sense and was assured that a new V5 was being issued which would allow the vehicle to be taxed. I was promised the car would be taxed by the company as a gesture of goodwill but again, I rang to ask about it, was promised a call back which never came. I will never buy a car from this company again. After sales service is abysmal.

Bought a vw tigaun in november 2022, it went in for a fault four months later, which was repaired, It had a workshop inspection and was told the car has 80% worn brakes and the most dissapointing was the highlighted wear and damage of tyres which I asked about when I bought the car an was told it was fine.and new tyres was not needed

Excellent service, Vinnie looked after my husband with the hand over of his new vehicle. He helped him set us his phone to the car and even gave him a cable to connect the phone. Long term customer of Marshall VW, bought/serviced 2 cars from them. Everything has been perfect until recent days, if you need to book an appointment for repairs then prepare for much frustration, it is almost impossible to get connected to the service team as they are too busy, the receptionist will take a call and promise they will call you back, no call back on 2 separate occasions. Waiting list is at least one month. Service level is very sadly going downhill 😕
