Went to showroom and was welcomed by Craig (manager) and friendly staff —Jordan Cortinas Was very helpful and patient man who assisted me with the chosen vehicle I have ordered as I had a lot of enquiries with regards to the car. very lovely to speak to, he was absolutely supportive and would definitely recommend him. I suffer from low self a steam and anxiety, so Jordan made it easy for me and was made feeling comfortable to ask more questions. Had to take my Multivan into Marshall's a couple of times to rectify a couple of minor warranty issues and was surprised to have the issues attended to straight away without the usual lengthy waiting time other dealers have often quoted when seeking help despite purchasing the van several hundred miles away. The parts department were excellent in obtaining all the parts for a spare wheel conversion for the van in in what must be record time. All together outstanding service from Marshall's.

No one picked up phone for 3 consecutive days of calling finally booked an appointment for minor service at 10:15, drops the vehicle at 13:00 I asked the status the lady told me that I am the next in line at 15:00 when I asked again she said the technician is going to start on my vehicle in 10 minutes and it will take further 2 hours to complete. It is absolutely ridiculous how can you trust them, first it is a timed appointment second how come minor service will take ages to complete. I have a feeling of an alien sitting here no communication at all. Very disappointing experience, first time been here 😞

After needing to upgrade our car as we have a little one on the way, we popped into Volkswagen in Loughton and was greeted by the receptionist, who then appointed Sophie to deal with our requests and needs. Sophie was very professional and helpful, she showed us around the store and eventually showing us our new car! The whole transaction went very smoothly and Sophie was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we wanted. We ended up picking up our new car later that same day. I understand that Sophie was new and this was one for her first sales, you would never of guessed as she was so insightful with the sale, like she had been doing it for years, well done Sophie and thank you Volkswagen Loughton for our new vehicle. We are very pleased and would recommend to family and friends.

Avoid, servicing your vehicle here, they never pick up their phone. I couldn't rearrange my appointment as no one answers the phone, then I couldn't get in contact to find out if my car was ready for collection or not. Its now been 48 hours and still no update or contact.
