Simply disappointed. Sales experience was appalling after taking the money. Although they did aknowledge this and sent a nice hamper through the post. During the sales process we checked the car had a full service. This was confirmed by the sales rep. Apon selling the car it was discovered this was not the case. Garage deny they would have ever said this. So they offered me the best price they could for it, which was £500 less than a famous company that buys any cars! I thought buying from a main dealer would have given me some reassurance that all was well. Sadly not the case here. Just to clarify with anyone buying an 'approved used' car this does not mean it has a full service history. Buyer beware!!
