Dropped off our mobility car in the morning for a service, received a courtesy car and was told not to worry about the petrol used. When I returned the car I was told I used 43 miles of fuel and to go and replace what I had used , had already told them my wife was very ill in the morning and I didn’t want to be away from her too long, I’d even offered to give them the cash to replace the 43 miles I’d used…very poor

Sadly lost my Toyota car keys and bought into relying on Google search advice that going to the Dealer would be much more expensive and should be avoided. Pleasantly surprised that, not only did Toyota, Horsham come up trumps on advice and cost, I had the good fortune of communicating with Tim in Parts on the telephone and in person. Couldn’t have been more informative, professional, helpful and courteous, highest praise. Added to that, Talulah, on reception was respectful, kind and generous with coffee and attention. Finally, Steven arranged the appointment for programming of the key and he too deserves a mention. All in all, what started as a dreadful day, turned into a very positive introduction to Toyota, Horsham. Well done and all that remains is for me to say, I am more than happy to highly recommend.
