    I had a very negative experience with this Skoda dealer. I purchased a car from them, only to later discover that it had a mileage discrepancy and no service history. Not only is this an unethical business practice, but it can also be dangerous for the reliability and safety of the vehicle. When I contacted the dealer to express my concerns and seek a resolution, they were unresponsive and refused to take any responsibility for their actions. I was extremely disappointed with their lack of accountability and unwillingness to rectify the situation. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this Skoda dealer to proceed with caution. Their unethical practices can have serious consequences for customers, and they have demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and safety.

    The team at Marshalls Skoda in Kidlington were brilliant!! I never felt pressured into making a purchase and they couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely staff from the welcome at the door to the helpful sales team - in particular Tom W who made sure I was well looked after the whole way through. The sales manager (Joel?) was also really helpful - honestly, the whole team are a credit to the company. And to top it all, I'm absolutely over the moon with my lovely new Skoda!! It's just perfect for me and exactly what I was looking for.
