Then left two messages on separate days with staff and was advised I'll get a call back same day from an appropriate person... No call backs. Fourth attempt, no answer. I give up.

    I dealt with Alex who new is stuff. He was polite and easy to talk to and came with me and my wife on our test drive to point out some of the functions of the car. The part exchange and purchase went relatively smooth apart from my insistence to have two words included in my invoice, but it did get resolved by Alex. Overall happy with my purchase and the service received by Alex.

    My experience in buying a car for my daughter has been amazing. From my initial enquiry Neil Leicester went above and beyond in his service. I hate buying cars especially being female and it was a pleasure from start to finish. He sent me an amazing video of the car and he moved mountains to get the finance through, despot several hiccups, and to deliver the car to us by Tuesday evening against the odds. My daughter is absolutely thrilled with the car. The part exchange was so easy. Thank you Neil for making buying a car a pleasure. Both my daughter and I are delighted.
