I have owned several Skodas and used these guys in the past. Like a lot of these places they now seem completely focussed on sales - my Skoda is a little older and has issues that I really need looking at. Despite contacting these guys several times including filling out the form and emails I get literally nothing back - likely because there isn’t enough money in repairs.

We drove from Kent to Leicester for a 12-12.30 appointment (depending on traffic), which took us 2 1/2 hours. We were then kept waiting over an hour to be seen. We had to tell receptionist that we were going to leave if we weren't seen by 1.30, I think we would have been kept waiting for longer if we hadn't said this. The car was lovely , but we were both in a bad mood by then, so we didn't buy it. The salesman was really nice, but regardless of that, this was appalling service, especially as he knew how far we had driven to get there. Not impressed!!!
