First ever time ordering a mobility car, so pleased with the service from start to finish. Explained all the details of our chosen car and Chris was so friendly and professional and went through step by step from the big to small details we would need to know. Was told from the start the time waiting for our new car would be 3-6 months and due to shipment was slightly delayed but not by long and wasn't a issue. Explained all on the car we would need to know with all the gagets , set up and was goid to go, swift transaction and so so pleased. Had a certasy call same day to make sure all going and well, which I had a question to ask and was prompt action to help and even sent a personal video to visually show me how to do something.
