Very impressed with the service and quality of the vehicles, the honesty and advice from staff was more on giving value to a customer and not taking advantage of a situation. Fuel economy on the new van was very good especially when Diesel is so expensive. We also took out hire of storage space in a full package.

Highly recommended. Got the largest transit van to move my daughter, as we thought the others would have been to small, but loads of room left. There are no hidden extras, all you have to do is ask the right questions. You pay for any fuel used, your first 100 miles is in with your payment, then its 20p per mile after that and a £1000 excess you have to pay, in the event of an accident. Simple really. Great up to date van. Definitely use again in the future.

I received a call a day early to see if I wanted to collect the van early for only £20. Not once was this mentioned that I would not have mileage for that day. After thinking I was within the travel limit and also returning the van with 70 miles extra on the range the rude woman still tried to charge me for mileage. Will not use again.
