Car went into limp mode in Nov 22, advised peugoet had to deal with the error codes, i was advised first appt availability was in Feb 23. Luckily I then got a cancellation appt so only had to wait 3 weeks in the end! Got car back and it went straight into limp mode again with same error codes. Took car back and was seen the following day. Car went Into limp mode again in Feb 23 but was advised as mechanic had cleared the codes (which were still the same codes) they were not able to guarantee they could fix the issue Car goes into limp mode again in March 23 and given an appt in May 23 (aplogised for the two month wait and agrees this is unacceptable) It's fair to say, I will be trading my peugoet for another car. It says alot went the staff say the waiting times are unacceptable I've gone 3 months with no car, £1000 short and still the problem is not fixed (3 mechanics have advised me only peugoet can fix the error codes)

Unfortunately can't leave zero star review. Marshall's at Canterbury are absolute shower. They have had our only delivery van in for over 9 weeks due to an Ad blue fault which they have said they will replace as it's manufacturing fault. We have chased peugeot for updates but keep getting fobbed by rude and dismissive staff. To date we have had to spend out over £1500 on hire vans and when we complained to Peugeot about this got the reply "its not our problem" top drawer customer service right there. Save your money, save your time and save your sanity steer clear of the Peugeot brand it's not worth the hassle.
