I Booked my audi A4 at Oxford Audi for an MOT and a service, I had my little boy with hopping it wouldn't take so long to be done, I had to wait 6 and a half hours as they hat to drive my car to Radley Abingdon to do the MOT, And the reception customer service were great, But as for the car service not really sure if any work was carried out on the car, I was given a service record letter which it says one service carried out on the car on the 16/08/2021, No record of a service carried out on the 27/04/2023, So I have to book my car to another garage for a service.

Absolute pleasure from start to Finnish . Monty answered all of my questions and concerns as quickly as possible . Was kept up to date with work that needed to be done in a professional manner. Bought an A1 second hand car which needed a bit of work before purchase . The quality of all the work and even valeting was superb. Would definitely return to this dealership for my next Audi even though I’m 40 miles away they are that good.

Yesterday I had a crisis with my A1 and needed urgent help. I am a frontline worker and need my car to commute to the hospital. I cannot even begin to praise adequately the excellent service and care that I received from the Oxford Audi service team and Audi assist (AA). In particular I would like to mention Hannah Jacobs Assistant Aftersales Manager. She went above and beyond her role and treated me with kindness and compassion.. Due to her assistance and the excellent team that she works with my problem was dealt with efficiency and I was able to drive to work today and carry out my NHS role as normal. Thank you so much to Hannah and her team and the AA for all their time and assistance. I cannot recommend Audi customer service enough. Julie

On booking a service & MO T I was told that the vehicle would be taken off site for the MOT due to a fault in their equipment, resulting in a longer wait. The service advisor was very polite, kept me up to date & apologised for the long wait (around 4.5 hours). On returning to my vehicle I was somewhat disappointed to find that it hadn’t been washed & the paper protection floor mat was screwed up in the foot well. I later discovered the car had been taken to Abingdon for the MOT some some 8 miles away making a total of 16 additional miles. This is an entirely different experience from the last two services at Oxford Audi when my car was washed & returned looking clean & tidy.
