I have brought a Micra on Dec 2022 and it didn't thoroughly check before send to me that I have to request to return the car by next day with car engine problem. With more than 10 days times under a lot of negotiations, finally they have come and collected the car and another weeks for refunding. Salesman said that he has proceed the road tax refund for me at the end of December. With a long waiting reply from DVLA, they didn't process the road tax refund for me from DVLA. I am trying to contact with the salesman and leave message. Bad service that no one return call to me. I emailed to Saleman about any document for DVLA refund but I never got a feedback. What should I do?
