AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Dont know where to start i bought audi a6 30k car with broken flywheel,broken grill on the bumper,cracked windscreen, faulty wipers didn't pay to much attention to the paperwork and signed paper that was saying everything was diagnosed and was ready to go which wasn't ,after thousands of phone calls and emails i bring the car back and they kept it over a month and still didn't fix anything just kept lying staring from manager to service team until i had enough and went to the shop and ask for solution of the problem and still they didn't had to say nothing but only waiting . I couldn't wait anymore because i needed car to go to work so they offered me to pay me back 2.5k less from the original price i accepted coz i couldn't anymore i went to Mercedes and very happy. So i have lost 2.5k just because they are trying not to spent any penny on servicing the cars and diagnosing them before sale Also they are not saying about the return policy that starting from Jeremy when i asked about it they said no you cant and delayed me on purpose to run of the 14 days return policy The next day they advertise the same car for £990 more that they pay me so they make twice profit from me with car that had millions of problems and still trying to sell it to someone else SHAME SHAME SHAME

The used vehicle sales experience is as expected if you were buying a basic 10 year old car. A quick 10 minute test drive then spend a bit of time kicking the tyres, checking everything works, etc. Now look at buying a modern software controlled technological monster on 4 wheels with an app, online account and all the modern trimmings, this approach just does not work!! The car I bought (I should have walked away) has been 6 months of pure hell on earth. The quality of initial prep was poor, shiny but overall poor. I had to change a key fob battery after getting home with the car despite assurances both batteries were changed and checked. A minor thing in itself but fortuitous. The car itself has loads of faults, some of this is down to the information supplied to the user being non-existent or so poor it is useless that understanding is just guessing. As for trying to get things sorted out, it is a torturous process needing Audi UK involved. You have to keep kicking the problems up the priority list as they are not proactive, they have got what they want i.e. your money! Quite frankly I wish I hadn't bothered, even with all the available updates applied, things still don't work! Audi should be ashamed, inflicting such garbage on their victims (customers)!

Brought an A1 Sportsback, great little car but Audi sold me the car with a broken reversing camera when asked to fix it they said it would cost £600 to fix the camera. I brought the warranty and service package with the car but no they insist I pay £600 for the camera (but was apparently checked as operational in their 160 point checklist). They had given me the car with a scratched front bumper and curbed a wheel and done the worst possible job to cover it up. It's like they gave a 3 year old a paint brush to hide it (the bumper they didn't even try to hide the curbed wheel, but both were apparently good on their checklist). Audi are more than willing to take your money for a car but are absolutely appalling when it comes to taking care of the car or the customer. Audi I love your cars but disappointed by your customer service.
