Will not service a super charger and want a thousand pound for A water pump iv had to drive nearly 100 miles but I got my pump changed and super charger serviced for £450 from performance car shop it’s a joke the price they charge and services they don’t offer !!!

What an odd experience! We visited the shop and spoke to a salesperson called Tom. We are interested in a used mini in a certain colour and I wanted to use the visit to find out more about the different models. Tom said I could sit in the electric model in the showroom, then proceeded to tell us that there were only 25 models with the colour we want in the UK. At no point did he offer to take my details to stay in touch so that he can notify me when one comes into the group, nor did he give me his card so that I can stay in touch. Oh well, he clearly did not want the sale, nor the Range Rover I am trading in. I am sure I will find another dealer with an interested sales person.

Nov 2022 - Update - Trying once again to book my car in for a service/MOT. Several calls and messages left with promises to call back, but nothing. Tried again today 23/11, and no answer from Service Dept. Doesn't look like things have improved much in the last year. I really expect better from a Main Dealer. Nov 2021 - Phoned a couple of times 2 weeks ago to try to book a service. The receptionist passed on my call to the service department, but to date no response. Business must be good to not bother getting back to customers.
