    Went for a loud noice from engine ..diagnosed and told it's a pulley and need replacing and it was under warranty.. and they said parts has to come from Germany and it will take more than a month and another van waiting ahead of me for 6 weeks.. MERCEDES a big company..but very low on service. How do you expect some one to be with out work van for months..

    Absolute disgrace. Van broke down Friday. 6 hours to recover it to this dealer. Called Saturday and was advised ready. Sent driver on 3 hour journey to collect and told it will take them five more days to replace a starter motor. Like all Marshalls Mercedes service points - avoid at all costs! Only gave 1 star as cannot leave a lower rating.

    Van went for a service to find further problems with van. They Kept van for nearly 2 weeks as they didn’t have the part and didn’t replace me with a vehicle. They hit me with a huge bill and I tried to contact them to find out when the repair was going to be finished and they don’t call back. The level of customer service is absolutely shocking.
