I have to say trying to order parts is like pulling teeth. First told the part is non genuine then find the part no ourselves and try to re order. Parts Dept ignore our calls as soon as we call on a different number they pick up. Staff on end of phone are rude, un helpful and wouldnt even offer their name. We have been trying to order a part for 2 days now without success.
