Car was due for airbag recall tomorrow morning, was given no notice of them not having the parts until this evening. Having booked a day off work as i have no other means of getting there.. I have now lost a day of work. This appointment was booked in a month and a half ago, on top of that it is also a safety issue. Now i await them to phone me to rebook...and take another day off work. I hope to get compensated for with my loss of earnings due to their poor planning and terrible communication.
