I am trying to get a test drive on an Audi E-tron for the last two weeks. First they said they don’t have a car for test drive and asked to call back.. I have been trying to call them for last one week and no one have called me back. At one point we thought we’ll not buy Audi anymore due to poor service to start with but then thought we shouldn’t decline the brand due due to the dealership’s negligence. Though this is the nearest Audi dealer to where I live, I just decided to go to another dealer who can help. This a a pathetic service by this dealership.
