Manage a towel service for our occupiers and Marhsall Laundry failed to pick up/deliver as instructed. Left me in a desperate scramble to resolve and our Friday delivery will now only arrive on Tuesday. No explanation or attempt to resolve from their side. Hugely disappointing as we only just started using them.

Wash or Dryclean & Press can be picked-up same day if dropped-off early at this branch. Apparently they plan to do, same-day service, the new 'Wet-Clean' alternative to 'Dry-Clean' at both branches in the near future. Be prepared that staff are busy with commercial contract customer work.
