Amazing Service from Kyle! Our experience at Marshall’s was at a top standard and this was only possible because of Kyle and Tyler. Service was smooth and efficient having chose the car online Kyle provided us with a in depth personalised video outlining the details within in the car which aided us in finalising our decision . Worst service from this Peterborough branch. I left my car on Monday 17th April for a service and was informed it would be ready by the end of the day. I was then only told towards the end of the day that it would be ready next day (18.4.23). Nobody called me back despite making several phone call to them on the 18th. I managed to speak to someone around 6pm on the 18th and they assured me my car would be ready on the 19th at 8am. I have been calling all morning and each time I have been told someone will call me in 5 minutes. Its been 3 hours now and I'm still waiting and don't know when I'm getting my car back
