Tried to book my evoque in for a service. Got through to the relevant department. First time of trying phone rang about six times and was then cut off. Tried again ten minutes later and it just kept ringing. Gave up after a couple of minutes waiting. Hardly a good standard to set for a premium vehicle!!

Marshall’s are super to deal with. The Range Rover Sport is beautiful inside and out, drives like a dream. But…. Only 5 days after purchase it’s broken down, cannot be moved and blocking all vehicle access across a road where it sat for two hours. Edited to say that it was the gear shift select button was broken/worn out, which I understand is a common issue and not likely to be picked up on the pre-sales checks. Just one of those things. Land Rover Assist arrived in two hours and straight away dealt with the issue and the car taken to the local Manchester dealership. Throughout the whole sales process and break down Tim was and continued to be excellent in terms of help and support. Even my local Manchester LR dealership was impressed by his quality of care and attention to customer detail.

Purchased a used Discovery Sport from Marshall Landrover Oxford one year ago. The purchasing experience was very good but this garage has the worst service offering I have ever experienced. If you have a problem with your vehicle you will have to wait up to 12 weeks before they can fit you in, even if you have one of their warranties. BEWARE.
