By far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Purchased a car from here 10 months ago and had nothing but problems with it. The car had advisories on the MOT which Marshall's didn't even tell us about. We were told it came fully serviced with a new MOT but after having another garage look at it, this clearly wasn't the case. Warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Customer service is non existent and even if you do finally get in touch with someone, don't expect much help. Once you've handed your money over, you are soon forgotten about. Please do your research before buying anything from Marshall Cambridge.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Originally tried to buy a Velar from this establishment, only to receive totally disinterested sales service, so sourced car from Bentley Cambridge, who were the epitome of excellence. Against my better judgement I booked a "service while you wait" advised to be 1 and 3/4 hours. My wife takes vehicle for said service and is left abandoned for 3 hours without any update. Only when I call the garage is any attention paid to her with car eventually returned some 3 and a half hours later. I subsequently made several calls to try and determine what went wrong and despite speaking to several team members (me persistently following up not Marshall's!) with little/no idea of basic customer service have been unable to obtain any meaningful recognition of truly abysmal service. This total absence of understanding of how customer service should work for a premium brand defies belief. It's enough to put me off ever buying a Range Rover ever again. Supposedly premium product with 3rd rate service is not a viable model. Avoid!! Update - why don't you contact me Marshall's rather than post a generic response? You have my details! Have also noticed suspicious 5 star posts from people with 1 review only that always arrive after any bad review!! Further update. Still nothing in reply!?

Team at Land Rover made it incredibly easy and relaxed when looking at cars and Natalie had all the information and answered all the questions needed for me and my wife to purchase a Discovery HSE. We have had trouble with other car brands at marshalls in the past but Land Rover are a tier above the rest for customer service!

Lovely showroom, nice salesmen and very helpful, shame the test drive was so short cos of constant road works in the area so saldy wrong couldnt make a decision on the land rover based on that but it wasn't the Salemans fault its the construction pulling up of roads and Temp traffic lights as if Cambridge needed any more of them lol xxxxxxxxxxxxx
