I’m shocked to be leaving this review at a main dealer but I was unable to go ahead with a purchase that I really wanted due to an unforeseen change in circumstance. I let the sales person know immediately who assured me all would be fine and my deposit would be refunded. The sales manager has since refused to return my deposit and I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned over 2 weeks later. Not what I expect

I had not bought my car from there, yet they were extremely helpful, especially the young woman on reception and most of all Billy, I think his surname is Sohail. He really went above and beyond for me. All in I must have taken an hour of his time. Really excellent service. I just might get the car serviced there now.
