Great dealership treated well salesman Shaun was really helpful throughout the whole purchase process and above all we git an honest description of the car before we drove 3 hours to look at it. The purchase process was simple and easy which is what it should be no running off to the manager to pretend to get a better price. This was a grown ups way of buying a car. Can't comment on the rest of the sales team as we only dealt with Shawn. Give them a go as the prices were not much more than an non franchised dealer but the added peace of mind d of the jaguar warranty is worth it. 5 star service from this dealership and if I'm honest I'm not an easy person to please

Great service in purchasing a used F-Pace recently. Very well looked after by Charlie after just popping in on a Saturday afternoon to have a look at the suitability of either the f-Pace or e-Pace in terms of size. Charlie took the time to show me both on the day and advised any used cars within the Marshall Jaguar group could be sourced. I found a suitable deal over the weekend and had it sorted within 24 hours. Phone calls always answered or replied to and emails responded to very quickly. Slight issue with a faulty boot liner but this was immediately resolved and replaced - all round great service
