    The team at Cheltenham Marshall Jaguar Land Rover have given us an exceptional standard of customer care and service. Recently, my husband’s iPace had an alarming electrical fault, causing the brakes to fail whilst driving (I was driving and it was scary!) I had little support from my usual Marshall Jaguar dealership in Oxford, who were disinterested (the car was out of warranty) and informed me that they were fully-booked for two weeks, with no emergency help available. So I phoned this Cheltenham branch and was quickly put through to Sarah in the Breakdown Assist team. She accepted the iPace immediately (we organised a flatbed recovery with our RAC cover) and they had the problem diagnosed within 48 hours and promptly repaired and then they it delivered back to us (fully charged and cleaned) within a week. Sarah kept us up-to-date with what was happening and she showed an exceptional standard of customer care and kindness. It’s not often I get the opportunity to sing someone’s praises THANK YOU SARAH! and we will definitely be using their services in the future. I also applaud the fact that they employ exceptional staff - even the ladies I’ve spoken to on the reception team were friendly and positive.     Very disappointing. Although I suspect because my fathers car is a 2005 Jaguar there was little interest in sourcing the much needed 'obsolete' parts. Fortunately we were able to source them via Vauxhall Bayliss and arrange to have them fitted elsewhere.

    Good luck in getting to speak to anybody here or getting them to return your calls. The showroom always appears to have plenty of staff but none of them seem to know how to use a phone. You've got more chance of speaking to someone to cancel your Sky TV account. Use another dealer.
