    Good new car purchase experience - great service from Zeke Jenkins. FOUR MONTHS LATER MY NEW CAR HAS BROKEN DOWN, RETURNED TO THE DEALER BY THE AA ON THE BACK OF A TRUCK. THAT WAS MORE THAN A WEEK AGO AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T EVEN LOOKED AT IT. DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL SERVICE, MARSHALL'S SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. Another edit - car finally looked at after 10 days. No clue what went wrong as the battery had drained flat meantime. First diagnosis given to me was "flat battery". Kevin (shipped in from Ashford due to Cantetbury's backlog) then stepped in and tried hard, so full marks for that. Car now returned following a software upgrade. Fingers crossed that we don't get a repeat of what seemed like a software related problem, preventing the car from starting or even reacting to any input. THREE WEEKS LATER, ANOTHER BREAKDOWN, WARNING LIGHT - OVERHEATING, RETURN TO MARSHALL AGAIN ON THE BACK OF A BREAKDOWN TRUCK. We seem to have bought a lemon. Plug-in hybrid Tucson. Another update, nearly 2 months since the second return to the dealer. As far as I know, still waiting for parts.
