My husband and I had a car ordered at Honda Scarborough to replace a write off Honda hrv. Scarborough dealership closed and our order was transferred to Honda Hull. Problems started immediately between them and the insurance company. promised telephone calls never were received and we got involved trying to sort things out as the car was at the dealership over 5 weeks and we were desperate to get it. No apologies were ever made and not a good experience when collecting car. No telephone calls that were promised to see how things were after collection. Will never ever deal with them again or take the car to be serviced at this dealership customer care is non existent.

We spoke to the salesman nearest to the door and explained what we were looking for. He spoke to us as though we were stupid and pointed to 2 cars in the showroom and walked away. We had just been to Land-rover who were just the opposite and most helpful. All we wanted was a car that a disabled person could get in and out of without too much trouble. We won't be back.

Bought a second hand car from here bits were missing but they sent a part through the post to me. It arrived soaked and was obviously second hand as was from eBay. When questioned the dealer I was told well you bought a second hand car you get second hand parts. That is not great after service. Still no response after emailing on email address given. Now to top it all now the engine management light has come on and shut the engine down.Engine under tray has fallen off and disappeared. Now stuck without a car and no response to my reply as requested. Also have been charged £401 for VVP that I didn't want. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER. Update on car. Have handed it back a month ago as modified and badly repaired front end . Was told can’t be repaired and only now I’ve seen it advertised again on auto trader for £1000 more than what I paid for it?? I hope they tell the new owner of its history????

Went in last weekend to speak to someone about getting a quote for accident damage on my Honda Civic. 2 members of staff visible but nobody acknowledged me in the slightest. Was thinking about getting a new vehicle within the next year but wouldn't visit this dealership again. I will go back to Vertu Honda Grantham as they are beyond excellent service even though it's 2hrs drive away.
