Getting my first bike has been a long awaited dream. The Marshall Honda team were awesome... They walked me through all sorts of options and advice... Special thanks to Brian for being so friendly and accommodating. I got to test ride several bikes... Had immense difficulty today in attempting to book a routine service. I was told that the service department would ring me back. After 2 hours of waiting I again rang them. On speaking to some one in the service department whose tone was quite rude and abrupt . When I relayed to him my requirements he hung up. I rang again and eventually managed to speak with the service manager, on relating to him the difficulty I was having and my negative experiences I was having with a member of his staff he asked me to wait whilst he did some thing else I was again hung up on. Terrible service and attitudes. I will find some one else to do the work for me.
