Better service in Poundland, leased a car for 3 years and I have nothing positive to say about Audi’s customer service. I’ve escalated my complaint to Audi direct but thought I’d give my 2 cents here also. Absolutely dreadful I wouldn’t spend a penny on VW group ever again. If you think they are on par with BMW and Mercedes both vehicle and service wise think again!

We've been here more than a few times now, ain’t gonna lie, usually great service is provided but from time to time, they do mess up on basic things, things that shouldn’t be happening. Booking services can lead to a long wait, so bare that in mind, book ahead. Getting here is simple enough, there any many bus stops scattered around here, trains are a little trickier, they are a little further away if you’re planning to take either the Thameslink or southeastern. Not that bad but could be a lot better.

Extremely poor customer service and aftercare. I should have taken notice of their horrible reviews. Extremely rude staff (Yosh) in particular. I will never be coming back to this place again. I advise anyone coming back for aftercare service to do go elsewhere. Audi don’t bother asking me to email you, your reviews show you truly do not care.
