Excellent service by Patricia Tanski - I was looking for an apartment late 2022 when it was really difficult and I even had an agent paid for through my firm, but they couldn't beat Patricia. She was the first one to actually listen and make an effort to understand what I was looking for, came up with good matches (that had been a problem with the agent my firm paid for - Patricia wasn't paid by me nor my firm) and helped me really well throughout the negotiations process. On top of that Patricia is friendly, quick and direct, which is all really helpful. I've now moved into my apartment I am really happy with and would definitely recommend Marsh & Parsons and in particular Patricia - it was a life saver when I had just moved to London from the Netherlands and everything was already stressful enough as it was!
