Absolute joke of a company, completed numerous soft and 2 hard checks on my Credit file. I completed all the live ID checks, all the Open Banking requests, sent pics of my DL AND Passport. Passing everything. Marsh Finance FULLY approved me for over £500p/m. I found a car, agreed a deposit over 10% of the cars value, digitally signed the agreement that came to around £140 p/m. Everything in place and ready to go, then Marsh withdraws their offer. I would NEVER use or recommend these cowboys.

I have had absolute top class Service from Marsh Finance. I went through Zuto to purchase a vehicle from a poorly ran dealership in Birmingham and from beginning to end Marsh have been amazing. Well Michael has kept me in the loop at each point. Even if I have not chased for an update he has made me aware that he was still waiting on an update from Zuto for the dealership to return the funds for a vehicle I returned 5 months prior. Michael called me on Tuesday to say the funds had been returned and shall be refunded my payments within 5 working days. The funds were in the next day and to top it off my credit file was updated the following day to say that the agreement had been settled. I could not fault them and have been very impressed at their level of Customer Service. I would certainly use in the future.

Impossible to get through to them by phone and APR double what I have been offered through other lenders. Marsh have been great in the past, and Andy is a credit to them, unfortunately I don't think I will be using again for my next car purchase due to the rates offered.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company and its staff should be reported to the fca for their scare tactics and bulling. Not only that for also making numerous errors when providing a settlement figure by not calculating interest correctly and the amount paid after 5 years of payments. It will be a long process but I'll see you in court!
