We have worked with this company for nearly a year now, and unfortunately our work is still outstanding. Instead of fixing my complaint (which is to complete the outstanding work), the company has tried to bully me into removing the Google review. They have not completed the work they said they would (which was supposed to be completed in a few months) and have constantly fobbed us off and delayed matters.They also hid assets from us initially, even though we hired them to search for them. They constantly use excuses to fob you off, and the owner of the company does not respond to emails or letters.
