Im a landlord and contacted Mars on an off chance to see if the sell spares or know a local company that does. I can not praise them enough for the amount of time and trouble they went to to assist me and managed to get me a part. This really is top customer service, above and beyond especially as the computer was saying no. The part fitted and when tested didn’t leak -great result. The hardest part and most time consuming was actually fitting the cable tie! All round a big thank you to Phil and team. Service: Washer/dryer repair

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Booked an engineer for an issue with our tumble dryer. Engineer came out on time, spent about 10 mins looking at the appliance from outside and quoted a ball park figure of £100 to £150. All it needs was to put the belt back in the drum which got slipped. He then went on to look for some spare parts on his mobile and showed something irrelevant. Clearly they were not prepared to open the dryer and check for fault which was the normal expectation. They didnt even bring any tools along. Totally wasted my time this morning. I'd definitely not be using this company or recommending to anyone. This is very poor and i am very dissatisfied! Service: Washer/dryer repair
