Marriott Executive Apartments London have a very substandard service compared to other Marriott hotels and apartments worldwide. The housekeeping is offered once on 3 days and even then they miss it despite reminders. Restaurant and concierge is good but front desk and housekeeping services are poor and sub standard. It's no way possible to communicate and be understood by Front desk. Poor communication and lack of understanding is at the core of this Marriott. It's like book at your own risk.

Conveniently located right in the heart of Canary Wharf. I would highly recommend this place for stay if you are visiting London a d have work in or around Canary Wharf or even in Central London. Well connected to rest of London by the London metro train and also easy to get a Uber/Bolt cab. The staff is really very friendly and cooperative. Check-In and Checkout was really hassle free and quick. Room service is fast although the items available on room service menu is very limited. Amazing view of the Canary Wharf from the rooms. We rented a two bedroom apartment and I must say that the room/bed sizes were very good. The kitchen has all the required utensils and appliances. The bathrooms are neat and clean. Overall a great place. Will surely go back.

The Marriott executive apartments operate separately from the Marriott hotel, but share the lobby. The apartments are on floors 10 to 12. Whilst spacious, it appears that these haven't been renovated since the opening twenty years ago, so they are in a bit of a state. Housekeeping standards were so-so (there was a bunch of towels left outside in the corridor by someone that just remained there for 36 hours). There was a problem with the air conditioning which meant that one of the evenings the temperature didn't go lower than 25 degrees and the windows don't open. Recognition for status is poor. I was given the worst apartment within the category I booked, they didn't even bother giving me a better room within the same category, despite my Ambassador status. After asking they moved me from an apartment facing the motorway to one facing the dock. Can't really recommend.

Stayed for a week in the executive apartment and had a mixed experience. Good parts: 1. The staff was pleasant and helpful, if they’re not able to fulfil a request they’ll try their every contact to ensure it’s done 2. The food menu is good 3. Rooms are spacious with good bedding Bad parts: 1. The Internet speed is super slow! Especially considering the cost I’m paying for the rooms 2. Usually serviced apartments I’ve stayed in have washing machines, but Mariott doesn’t and charge you separately for laundry (if you want to do) 3. The utensils in the the kitchen were not cleaned properly when I checked in 4. The Lifts - there’s something weird with the lift programming. Everytime you press the lift button, the lift which is further away will come instead of one closer by All in all - great location, but not a value for money experience.

The only reason for the low review is the unacceptably slow internet speeds. In our world a 5 star property should have acceptable internet speeds. I have uploaded a picture of terrible speeds to document exactly how unacceptable. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 5/5 … More
