Had Tom and his apprentice Lewis have spent the last few days undertaking a number of jobs and I could not give any higher praise. From first contact Tom was quick to reply and spent time explaining everything when initially visiting to provide a quote (others were in and out in 5 minutes). The quote provided was extremely competitive and Tom was able to start extremely quickly. Tom worked tirelessly to get the job done and even completed some jobs that, whilst didn’t need to be done now, may have done in a few years time or had not been done to the highest quality previously and also completed issues he found when undertaking other works with no fuss. Tom went above and beyond in ensuring things were done right and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Tom always made sure that every job was tidy after completing even hoovering up after himself. I couldn’t recommend Tom and his team enough.
