Dreadful after sales service. We bought our brand new van in 2020 and every time we go away we find another problem with it. Generally always heating, water heating and pump faults. We have now taken it back 8 times. This is taking the pleasure out of Motorhoming. They have taken our money and are not genuinely interested in resolving problems or apologiesing.
