Decent pub. A bit too well looked after for me, I like a bit of "grunge" about a pub. Still, I'll visit here again as the staff were nice and the beer was good. And in the end, for me, it's really about the beer.

Not the best. Apparently they were closing for a refurb the following week which accounted for their lack of stock and several of our party had to sit without a drink. Staff could have been nicer about it- a 'like it or lump it' attitude. Perhaps shouldn't have opened if they weren't equipped for it. Or maybe it was just a bad day.

It's quite a good pub in a very busy location. Clean well kept establishment with good staff. Extra points for clean loos. Prices are very London, that is eye watering for non Londoners.
