I booked with this company in August 2020 for an event for September 2020. Due to the 2nd lock down this had to be cancelled. I asked for a refund of my deposit of £142.50 and it was agreed that I would be given the refund after leaving a positive review on his page. A positive review was left and no refund. After chasing it up 3 times, still not refund. He eventually stopped responding to my messages and calls. It has now been 8 months and still no response. I am in the process of getting this amount back through other means. Full of nothing but lies. Response to below; There was nothing that was 'clearly explained to me'. No refund policy was explained. Another lie. And how can you even say thay when the screenshots above show you agreeing to refund me. You asked for my bank details and said you would action the refund on Monday when you cam back from holiday. That Monday never seem to come. So you apparently explained the refund process to me at the time of booking (lies) and then offered me a refund when I asked LOL. Try keeping your story straight. Like I said in the screenshot, I would rather you be straight with me rather than blantly ignoring me for 8 months. If you were such an honest business you wouldn't have ignored my messages for 8 months just to reply with 'ok report me'. Sounds like a really decent business doesn't it. In regards to using the deposit for another occassion or another family or friend - firstly why would I spend more money on a lying deceitful business and secondly don't you think I would have re arranged myself if the event was still going ahead. Bit of common sense is very much needed. Anyway, enjoy your extra £142.50. Hope if gives you all your heart desires.

One star is generous. Horrendous company to deal with. Marquee & chairs arrived filthy & not fit for purpose. Wouldn’t let a stray dog go in it - that’s how disgusting it was. A refund was promised on contacting the owner for collection less than 24 hours of it being delivered that has since been denied. Silent phone calls at 2am & being blocked from contacting the company again via phone are how this company works. Avoid at all costs!

Very Unprofessional and poor customer service. I asked for an indication on prices as I was not sure of what size tent I would hire , however the man I spoke too was reluctant to tell me as he has “lots of different sizes” then when trying to find out the size for him he hung up on me.
