Lovely building next to the church. It is a ruin. Not many things to see, but you can go to the first floor via a set of very narrow stairs. Very nice view of the river and the surroundings. From there to the other side of the river via the bridge there is a lovely circular walk.

Yes it's free, but there isn't really much here to see. The views from the first floor are nice, although I visited on a rainy day. I spent approximately 20 minutes here, and most of that was navigating the stairs. It really needs some added text and intro pieces. The nearby church is currently closed for renovations. A walk up the tower gets you to the first floor any further and you'll find yourself in the awkward position of needing to navigate a return.
