    After reviewing all secondary schools within Kirklees and calderdale, talking to many parents whose children attend other schools and seeing for myself the behavior of many pupils from a wide variety of schools I can say this maybe not the best school of all but it certainly ranks well within the top six (and that in itself is an achievement). My daughter has flourished since she started this school six years ago, it has been well worth the 16 miles round trip everyday to get her there. What I will emphasize is if a pupil is un-willing to put any effort into their education they should go else where. The teachers at this school can spot a desire to learn and potential a mile off and do all they can to develop this. A great school.
