    We have just purchased an amazing three stone diamond ring for my 60th birthday tomorrow. Sandeep was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect ring within our budget with the best GIA certification. We paid a deposit last year and the price remained fixed for this year and my actual big birthday. Nothing is too much trouble, all of the staff are really friendly, I highly recommend this jewellers and have and will continue to buy my jewellery from them.

    Absolutely disgusting service. We went ahead and spent our money elsewhere where our business was appreciated. Apparently this place has a reputation for this! Avoid!!! Would give less stars if I could. I highly suggest you train your staff in customer service as opposed to pure rudeness! We often shop in the jewellery quarter and will NEVER return to this place. Vile.

    My partner purchased a diamond engagement ring from Marlow’s and he proposed to me in Rome. Four days later the diamond fell out while we were abroad, I didn’t immediately notice and we lost the diamond. We contacted the hotel and searched everywhere for it. Understandably I was devastated. We contacted Marlow’s who were adamant that I must have damaged the ring myself or caught it on something. Something that’s never happened to me before. I’ve never lost a stone in a ring or damaged a ring before. So we claimed on our insurance (and paid the excess) for a replacement diamond and even changed the setting to ensure nothing like that happened again. We turned up to collect the new ring but this time we both inspected it using a magnifying glass only to find the diamond hadn’t been set properly (again). The shop assistant walked off without a word and sent the jewellery out to us who apologised repeatedly and then returned to re-set the diamond. What should have been a wonderful celebration in Rome ended in tears and a lot of heart ache while we searched for the original diamond and then arranged a replacement. The only recommendation I would make is for our insurance company who paid without hesitation, processed our claim speedily and were very sympathetic. The excess we paid was minimal so whilst this experience wasn’t financially difficult it was emotionally horrible! I would not recommend this jewellers to anyone, they struck us as complete charlatans. Needless to say we bought our wedding rings from another jewellers, Trinity’s in Nottingham where we have bought a number of pieces over the years without any issues. Should I stuck with what we know I guess.

He was coughing without covering his mouth whilst speaking to me. Somebody give him some tips on how to speak to people. I spent my money elsewhere on the same day. Thankfully!
