Well I’ve had a flood and Marlowe’s have been assigned by the insurance company to do the works. So far the two workmen who have come to dig up my floors so my rooms could dry out were great lads and the administrator have all got to have 5 stars from me. The But comes when it’s dealing with the work supervisor who needs customer service training. When I enquire about the start date to start the repairs his reply was “yow at front of the queue you know and there are others that come before you” which I thought was a bit rude. I’ll be updating this review as we progress but I’m not front of the queue you know. Well 5 weeks have passed and no start date from Marlowe so the insurance company have found me another building company and thank you to them for that. If you have damage and the insurance company ask if you want to find your own builders I suggest you do and don’t bother wasting your time with this company as you’ll be disappointed.
