I went to Marlowe florist for my wedding flowers the staff were so friendly and helpfulI, I had to cancel due to covid the first time and they were were more than helpful during this hard time. When my wedding final could be rebooked it took place at St Thomas church two weeks ago the flowers and the service provided were excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone this five star florist.

Walked past today, and i suggested to my wife i will get her a nice bunch of flowers. ( flowers were diplayed outside the front of the shop ) roses stated £3.00. So i grabbed a bunch and went in. As i went to pay the shop assistant, the owner of the shop quickly and very very rudely stated they had been priced up wrong and they was not selling them for £3.00. Not only was the situation awkward for me and the poor girl that was serving. The fault was with the shop and in my mind the price should have been honoured. Disgusting behaviour the way the owner acted!!. I shall not be going back and im warning others of the horrid customer service. Not by the lady serving but the actual owner. You should be disgusted at yourself for the way you acted and for how you made me feel and the poor girl serving.
