I turned up to Marlow Cars to view an Audi R8 V8 earlier in the year. I was greeted by both Lee and Luke, who were both professional and very friendly. I was even given a beer and pizza while looking over the car. I part exchanged my current R8 and they organised the paperwork for me. The whole process was seamless. I couldn't be happier with my new purchase and any minor issues I have had with the car, have be dealt with swiftly by Marlow Cars under their own warranty. From being picked up at a nearby train station, answering all my questions, being given as much time as I want to test drive and check the car, to excellent after sales ( sourcing and replacing a defective satnav and checking all was ok after replacement) I cannot fault this company and their attention to detail and customer journey.
